LG V30 could feature a slide-out secondary display

But probably unlikely...

The LG V20 was one of the most popular devices from last year and is the device LG use to show what it can do as far as features go. According to a new leak, LG could be pushing the boat out even more with the next LG V30.

Notorious leaker @evleaks took to Twitter and provided some early renders as to what the LG V30 could look like when it launches later in the year. The secondary screen ticker has been removed in favor of a secondary display that slides down from the bottom of the device.

We’re used to seeing a keyboard slide down from the device such as seen in the Blackberry Priv, but LG have opted for something a little different with the LG V30.

The jury is still out on this one as to if it’s a good idea and would be practical. However, we may not see this make it into the final product as Blass stated that this is an “old-ish mockup” and that it’s “not clear if the project is still headed in this direction”.

The device is likely to be powered by 6GB of RAM and a Snapdragon 835 and given the LG G5, more than likely a bezel-less display.
